I really appreciate Dr. Schrand and enjoy working with her. She takes time to listen to me and addresses my questions and concerns. I understand what we are doing and why, which is very important to me. She is empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond if I need something. Prices are very fair and I don't feel taken advantage of like I have with other people I've worked with. She is helping me heal while also being cost conscious. I'm doing so much better than when I started working with her and am so grateful for her help! I'm starting to live again which is the greatest gift I could ever ask for. Thank you, Dr. Schrand!! I have been a patient about a year now. I can't say enough great things about Dr. McConnell. She's very thorough and never rushing thru our visits. The MA & front office staff are always welcoming. In my experience, the practice is very organized & efficient, which I appreciate 🙂
