Our team of Naturopathic Providers can help you and your partner to optimize your fertility through healthy weight management and diet, nutrient status to improve egg and sperm quality, and ensuring that hormones are at their best.

What to Expect

At your initial appointment, your provider will go through your past medical records and get a detailed medical history. At this appointment a physical exam will be conducted and a lab order will be provided.

Labs will be detailed and based off of your medical history. They will often include comprehensive evaluation of sex hormones, thyroid health, nutrient status, adrenal function, etc. Imaging may also be recommended based on your past medical history.

Please bring any recent labs or pertinent medical history with you to your first appointment.

How Are We Different

It is not uncommon for our patients to say during their visit that their hormones, thyroid, etc have always been fine, despite them having symptoms of problems for many years. Our Naturopathic Providers will assess your labs and tell you the OPTIMAL lab values, rather than just looking at reference ranges.

In addition, we have tools available to help improve egg quality, sperm quality/motility, reduce hormonal stress markers that may be hindering successful implantation, and integrative modalities available to improve fertility outcomes. These “tools” combined with conventional fertility approaches work hand in hand to improve pregnancy outcomes.

Should I Bring My Partner

It is typically best to assess both partners at the time of visit in order to improve fertility outcomes. Because of this, we offer reduced new patient fees for couples who book their initial appointments together.
